FREE Delivery on UK orders over £100.

UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or DPD.

EU and International orders will be shipped by DHL at a fixed rate of £25.00. All duties and taxes are included in the cost.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

UK Returns

If you wish to make a return, please contact customercare@shooni.co.uk with the reason for your return and we will provide you with a shipment label to return.

A fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

If you wish to make a return, please contact customercare@shooni.co.uk with the reason for your return and we will provide you with a shipment label to return.

For all orders outside of the UK, the total fee of your shipping will be deducted from your return once this has been processed.
