What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

UK Returns
If you wish to make a return, please contact customercare@shooni.co.uk with the reason for your return and we will provide you with a shipment label to return.
A fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
If you wish to make a return, please contact customercare@shooni.co.uk with the reason for your return and we will provide you with a shipment label to return.
For all orders outside of the UK, the total fee of your shipping will be deducted from your return once this has been processed.
When will I get my order?
Please allow one working day for orders to be processed.
If you are from the UK and eligible for express delivery, please allow for 1-2 business days. For standard delivery, please allow for 2-3 business days.
For International orders, please allow for 3-5 business days for express shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
For UK orders, we offer free expres shipping for orders over £100.
For International orders, shipping fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Our shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes, only the delivery fee.
Once your order arrives in your country, you will receive an email from the courier company with the customs charge.
